An open wood-fire kitchen run by siblings Priyanka and Chef Rajat Alve, where everything is cooked over flame, embers and smoke. Expect slow-smoked meats, charred vegetables, a 7-course tasting menu and a cosy room that works well for a date.

The smoked lamb leg and Carolina chicken wings, plus the king oyster mushroom with cowboy sauce. Finish with the ember coconut, and try a house kombucha or tepache.

You want cocktails or a cheap night. It's wine only, about ₹3K for two, and a few dishes can come out oily or uneven. Book ahead, since slots are limited.
