A standing-only Delhi-style counter near the Indiranagar BDA Complex, built around one plate: puffy paneer-stuffed bhature with dark, spicy chole, onions, pickle and green chutney. It's cheap and fast, and a thick lassi in a kulhad goes with it.

A full plate of chole bhature (the bhature are paneer-stuffed) with a thick sweet lassi. Add kadhi chawal or a hot jalebi if you have room.
SKIP IF
You want to sit down, or oily food and a scrappy street-side setup put you off. It's standing tables only, it's heavy, and some find it overhyped.
